PRIVACY POLICY
OnlyGrow Management LLC ("OnlyGrow", "we", "us") is a creator management agency. This policy explains what personal information we collect through onlygrowagency.com (the "Site"), through our application form, and when you sign a document with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. WHO WE ARE

2. WHAT WE COLLECT
2.1 When you visit the Site. Our own visitor measurement records:
- your IP address, which we use to estimate your approximate location (city,
region and country) and your network provider. We send it to our location provider for that purpose and store only a shortened version with the last part removed, never the full address;
- your device and browser type, and the page you came from;
- which pages you view, when, how far you scroll, which part of a page you are
on, and how far you get through the application form; and
- a random visitor identifier stored in your browser's local storage, so that
repeat visits can be recognised. It contains nothing about you.
We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels or third-party analytics on the Site.
2.2 When you apply. Your name, email, social media handle, niche, what you are interested in, your earnings range, and anything else you choose to tell us in the form. We link your application to the visit it came from.
2.3 When you sign a document with us. Your name, email, signature and anything you fill in; and, as the signing record, your full IP address, approximate location, device and browser, and when you opened, started and signed the document.
2.4 When you work with us. Creators, contractors and staff give us more, including identity documents, legal names, payment and tax details, and content. How we handle that is set out in their agreements with us, which take precedence over this policy.

3. HOW WE USE IT
- To run, secure and improve the Site, and to tell real visitors from bots.
- To review applications and reply to you.
- To keep a reliable record of documents signed with us.
- To perform our agreements with creators and contractors, including
protecting creators' content.
- To meet legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
4. WHAT WE DO NOT DO
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use it to make decisions that have legal effects on you by automated means alone.
5. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Only with service providers that process it for us under contract, and only for what they were engaged to do:

We describe them by what they do rather than naming them. Privacy law asks us to tell you the categories of recipient, which is what this is. If you want the current list by name, because you are exercising a right under a privacy law or for any other reason, ask at ogmllc@onlygrowagency.com and we will send it.
We may also share information with professional advisers, where the law requires it, to protect people from harm, or with a buyer of our business, who would be bound by this policy.
6. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

7. SECURITY
We protect personal information with access controls, encryption in transit, and by limiting who inside OnlyGrow can see it. No system is perfectly secure.
8. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
8.1 You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing ogmllc@onlygrowagency.com. We may need to verify your identity first, and may keep what the law requires us to keep.
8.2 Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states and the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, you may have further rights, such as to object to or restrict our use of your information, to receive it in a portable form, or to complain to a regulator. We will honour those rights where they apply and will not treat you differently for using them.
8.3 You can clear the visitor identifier at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
9. ADULTS ONLY
The Site and our services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.
10. WHERE IT IS PROCESSED
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and elsewhere.
11. CHANGES
We will post any change here with a new effective date, and tell people we work with directly about any significant change.
