These terms govern your use of onlygrowagency.com (the "Site"), run by OnlyGrow Management LLC ("OnlyGrow", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them.

2. WHAT THE SITE IS
The Site describes our services and lets you apply to work with us. Nothing on it is an offer, and applying does not create any agreement or relationship. We provide services only under a written agreement signed by both sides, and the terms of that agreement are the only terms that apply to them.
3. PRICES AND PACKAGES
Descriptions of packages and prices on the Site are general and may change. The terms for managed plans are agreed individually. Anything sold directly through the Site in future will be subject to purchase terms shown at checkout.
4. RESULTS AND TESTIMONIALS
Figures on the Site, such as growth rates, retention rates and earnings, describe results achieved for creators we have worked with. Testimonials are from real clients and reflect their own experience. Results vary, depend on many things outside our control, and are not a promise of what you will achieve. We do not guarantee any level of income, growth or ranking.
5. NOT AFFILIATED
OnlyGrow is an independent agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, MYM, TikTok, Instagram, X, Reddit or any other platform named on the Site. Their names and marks belong to their owners.
6. USING THE SITE
You agree not to: misuse the Site or try to break into it or its systems; submit false information or someone else's details; scrape or copy the Site by automated means; or use it for anything unlawful.
7. OUR CONTENT
The Site's text, design, graphics and code belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the Site. You may not copy or reuse its content without our written permission.
8. WHAT YOU SEND US
When you apply or contact us, you confirm the information is accurate and yours to share. We handle it as our Privacy Policy describes.

Links to other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. DISCLAIMER
The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will always be available or error-free.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent the law allows, OnlyGrow is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site, and its total liability to you for any claim about the Site is limited to USD $100. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, and does not affect any signed agreement you have with us.
12. INDEMNITY
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and the courts in Maryland have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. CHANGES
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept them.
